Actual coverage is only ever provided through a completed application, underwriting, and a policy issued by a licensed insurance carrier or its authorized representative.
No Insurance Advice; Not a Binding Offer
Information on the Site is general in nature and is not a substitute for individualized advice from a licensed insurance producer. Contacting us through the Site does not create an insurance policy, application, or binder. Coverage terms, availability, and pricing are determined only through the formal application and underwriting process.

Surely is a DBA of Ty Erickson LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Insurance products referenced on the Site are offered through Tyler Erickson, a licensed insurance producer in Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, and Florida (NPN 21283663). Ty Erickson LLC holds active business entity insurance licenses in Missouri (#3004373190), Kansas (NPN 22321337), Arizona (#3004396327), and Florida (#L137954), and is subject to any additional carrier and wholesaler appointment requirements.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including its text, design, and branding, is owned by Ty Erickson LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
